Commercial Real Estate

Greg Gann has extensive experience representing commercial owners, lenders and landlords. We create and edit all purchase and sale agreements, loan documents for purchase or refinance of commercial real estate including conventional short-term and SBMC loans. Greg Gann Law represents purchasers and sellers for all types of commercial real estate including office, mixed-use and warehousing. We have substantial experience and success in negotiating General Services Administration (GSA) terms, leases, bid forms, lending and lease issues.

Trust & Estate Planning

Let us create both simple and complex estate planning documents including basic wills, guardianships, revocable living trusts and family foundations to take care of your loved ones. Advance directives, and Property Power of Attorney (POA) can be created to take care of you in the last chapter of your life. Greg Gann Law has successfully negotiated claims against estates by adversarial beneficiaries. The firm has handled all aspects of Estate Administration including multi-million dollar estates with multiple beneficiaries with opposing positions.

Business Law

Greg has become an expert in closely held and family-owned businesses including negotiating family conflicts by carefully listening and working towards a consensus. Greg has been practicing law since 1978 and with over four decades of experience, Greg Gann has done it all. Greg was born and raised in Park Ridge, Illinois and graduated from Maine South High School. He received his Bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University (Go TCU Horned Frogs!) and earned his Doctorate of Law from Illinois Institute of Technology's Chicago Kent College of Law.
