We have substantial experience and success in negotiating General Services Administration (GSA) terms, leases, bid forms, lending and lease issues.

Trust & Estate Planning

Advance directives, and Property Power of Attorney (POA) can be created to take care of you in the last chapter of your life. Greg Gann Law has successfully negotiated claims against estates by adversarial beneficiaries.
